About this course

The BSc Business Management and Marketing with foundation enables you to bridge the gap between your current academic level, and degree study. During your study you will focus on marketing, managing people, operations, logistics, finance and how businesses can stand out in competitive fast-changing customer environment, operate responsibly and effectively in different cultural markets.

Entry requirements

Academic
UK Level 3 with minimum 48 UCAS tariff points (>64 UCAS), or Access qualification must have achieved a minimum of 45 credits, or EU/Overseas qualifications equivalent to UK level 3.

We welcome applications from students 21+ who do not match the standard entry requirements but who can demonstrate willingness and commitment to studying this subject, and who can evidence academic, professional or vocational experience in a related field.

English Language
English Language: IELTS 5.5 overall with a minimum 5.5 in each component (>5.5. overall and 5.0 in each skill) or Grade C or above in English Language or 4 in the GCSE 1 – 9 grading scale.

Students who do not hold any proof of English can take our own internal online English test.

£5,760 for the foundation year
£9,535 per year for the remaining 3 years

Student finance

Studies at UHE UK can be financed with a student loan via Student Finance England.

Before enrolling, students must have applied for a student finance loan. You are required to provide evidence of your student loan by providing one of the following documents:

  • Proof of submission – Proof of submitted application e.g. a screenshot of your online application portal or a post office receipt confirming the application has been sent
  • SFE letter – Correspondence from Student Finance indicating that your application is under review
  • Approved finance – A Confirmation Letter from Student Finance showing your application has been approved referred to as a Letter of Entitlement

Please note: Attendance is a mandatory requirement for maintaining eligibility for student funding, in line with guidance from the Department for Education and the Student Loans Company. Students must demonstrate consistent engagement across all scheduled sessions, including both online and on-campus classes. Failure to attend required weekday and weekend sessions may result in the suspension or withdrawal of funding, and in some cases, repayment of funds already received. If you are unable to meet these attendance requirements due to personal or professional commitments, you should contact the institution as soon as possible to discuss your options.
